MATT GALL is a Chicago-based actor, working in the Chicago area and regionally for the last 11 years. He is an Artistic Associate at Oak Park Festival Theatre, where he appeared in the world premier of A Dickens Carol (and co-directed the 2018 remount), as well as in Macbeth, The Taming of the Shrew, and Hamlet in Austin Gardens.
Recent Chicago credits include a full season with The Shakespeare Project of Chicago's library reading series (Hamlet, Richard III, Romeo & Juliet), Boeing Boeing (Metropolis), New Country (Den Theatre), Design for Living (Pride Films & Plays), The Blue Room (Stage 773), and The Devil’s Disciple, Misalliance, Major Barbara, and Pygmalion (ShawChicago). Regional credits include Ah, Wilderness! (A Noise Within, Los Angeles) and the 2014 national tour of Griffin Theater’s Letters Home. He has also appeared in ads for Ford, Motorola, Midwest Vein Center, Four Loko, and Midas. Matt made his directing debut at 2017's Chicago Fringe Festival with Rozara Sanders' one-woman- show, The Mavens, and recently competed in Talkhouse's "Without Precedent Film Festival" with his short, Spinning.
